I would never do business with NEWPANE ever again.

This is my second time using Newpane for replacement windows. This was the completion of replace all of the windows in the house with new Milgard Style Line slider windows.
The windows themselves are great and were made to order for the openings in the house.
All of the windows that were replaced were existing aluminum slider replacement windows.
After calling to set up an on site measurement, they came out to measure and examine the window openings.
Once the windows were manufactured, they returned to do the install. The install was done very cleanly and looks great.
The old windows were removed and disposed of by the installer crew.
My only problem was that one of the glass panels had a defect on the inside. Newpane contacted Milgard on my behalf and set up an appointment to have the glass replaced.
Excellent communication and service all through the process.

This company is very prompt in their attendance. They have installed approximately twenty windows in our home. They are energy efficient. I was so surprised how air tight the actual windows are. I was pleased with this companies product and their service. I would refer this company to anyone.
