Jake and his assistant did the work I requested, quickly and neatly. The leaking toilet was fixed and the new one installed, and I see no evidence of any further leaking. I would use him again.
However, Jake did not supply me with an itemized invoice at the time of service, although I feel his fee was fair. Nor did he supply an invoice at a later date, which he said he would do. The new toilet did not come with a seat, so I asked him to order one, knowing he'd know exactly what would fit. He said he'd have the seat in a day or two. When nothing happened after two days, I called and was told they had the seat, but offered no idea when they might deliver it. Haven't heard from him since (two weeks), so I've gone out to get my own seat.
To summarize: Jake's Plumbing did good work, but his follow through leaves something to be desired.
