Went perfectly and quickly!

Our old hot water heater sprung a leak after 30 years. I competitive
shopped over the phone and found Harris Plumbing and Ace to be a couple
of companies that did free estimates. Ace turned out to be $300 more
for a conventional unit (decided not to go tankless). The brand he
suggested was one of the best based on my research. While Ace wasn't
able to get to me for more than a week, Steve Harris showed up the next
business day to do the work. I appreciated that he provides his cell phone right in
his yellow page ad so that I could reach him right away, rather than
leave a message on a machine. They did great work getting up and down
from our basement, were on time, and delivered quality work. We had a
drop in water pressure at the kitchen sink, but he is coming back to
address it in a couple days. We are considering having Steve
replace all of our pipes after he showed us the interior rust and build
up in them. I just wish that he had more than one review on Angies.

They arrived on time worked well on a very hot day, and were courteous and very informative about the problem. Expected only one worker but 2 came.
