+ -1 moreWe went with another contractor due to budgetary constraints but Brad continued to provide assistance in helping us navigate next steps and closing the loops with our vendors out of the goodness of his heart. Unheard of these days! Brad has a wealth of knowledge and gladly provided it! If you want an honest, hardworking, reputable contractor who is not out to just make a buck but will do the job right and in a professional manner call Brad at New Image! We look forward to hiring Brad and team for a future project. Going through a hellish nightmare of a remodelling experience, my husband and I would not recommend someone we didn't have full faith in. I can with full confidence and endorsement say that you will have a wonderful experience with New Image Construction and Remodeling. Highly recommend Brad and team without hesitation!
Description of Work: My husband and I hired another contractor to remodel our kitchen. Said contractor turned out to be completely unprofessional, provided shoddy work, and walked off the job with our $ in hand and our kitchen in chaos. Brad and Eric from New Image went out of their way to show up at our house within a few hours, listened to my distraught husband and I, and provided not only a very fair quote, but excellent feedback on what our next steps should be, regardless if we hired them, in order to not only get our kitchen completed correctly but to minimize our pain and ensure our previous contractor did not get away with scamming anyone else.
