I had a very positive experience when I first worked with Tina in 2005 to sell a rental property So after I retired and it came time to sell my own condo in 2013, I contacted her again rather than consider some realtor who I hadn't worked with before.
Tina visited the property to evaluate its current condition and to suggest how to prepare it for a sale. And because of her interior design experience, Tina was able to point out all the trending improvements that would make my place more appealing to potential buyers. After we agreed to terms and improvements, Tina took care of everything, from contacting and scheduling her preferred contractor to picking out paint, tile, hardwood flooring, and light fixtures. After the preparation work, Tina held an "Open House" that resulted in multiple bids over the listing price.
In considering the offers, Tina helped me evaluate the pros and cons, and prepare counter offers, which resulted in even higher bids. After entering escrow, Tina kept me apprised of all the steps involved (title insurance, inspections, disclosures, etc.). And thanks to her diligence, we closed escrow cleanly in about a month.
Tina is comfortable with all the latest technology (smart phones, e-mail, voice mail, etc.) and was able to effectively coordinate with everyone involved in the preparation and sale of the property.

Tina Ha is a really good agent and knows her job.  She's skilled with the offer process, and is knowledgeable with the escrow and loan process. She found out what a good offer was and assisted with the whole contract process.  She's very professional and overall it was a very smooth process and I would definitely use Tina again.
