Our Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working on Friday night. I called 911 Appliance on 06/27 Saturday and folks picked up the phone and show up in 2 hours notice! Wow, what a response! The refrigerator was checked, problem was the defroster control board which Vladimir already identified per our phone conversation prior to visit. He explained us very well how refrigerator works and brought a new replacement board! Refrigerator was fixed at very reasonable price and we don't need to buy a new one.
