The job was a nightmare and much of the fault lies with Lowe's. They subcontracted out the remodeling work. The cabinet installers pulled out the wall tile with the counter tile. In part this was due to design flaws in the original construction. However when Terry came out to do the estimate, he failed to realize that I needed replacement drywall and that a false wall would need to be installed. When the installer showed up to do the work (about 4 weeks later), he wasn't able to use the tile I selected because the false wall needed to be constructed. The tile requirements for the false wall required a specific tile piece that Lowe's only had in stock in white and brown. Was pressured by Lowe's to select the white tile - after I tried to terminate the contract. Installer attempted to do a very professional and fast job - but it wasn't what I wanted - and a few flaws in the grouting were apparent after a few weeks.

The crew ( Greg and Eric) did a great job!!!!!! They were on time and did everything neat and clean!!! I would recommend them to anyone. Thx alot!!!!!
