Excellent! Dugan, at Dick's Carpet One was helpful and resourceful with helping us pick out the flooring that met our needs. We had two different teams install the vinyl. They were professional and completed the work within the time framework that Dick's had projected. Dick's had installed our flooring originally. Their quality and workmanship has remained good. I will continue to use them for future projects.

Dennis came out and gave walked through the house giving us advice and ideas. Based on that discussion, he gave us a very competitive bid with realistic/accurate time frames for completion. The installation of all the flooring was excellent -- the workmanship, punctuality, neatness and professionalism was all top notch. Dennis checked in with us throughout the process to ensure that we were happy with the progress. I would not hesitate to use Dick's Carpet One again.

I've been using them for 10 years. Their service is absolutely perfect. They are here when they are supposed to be and they pick up after themselves. They finish around the same time they say they are going to be. They have been very, very good. I will absolutely continue to use them.

They did a beautiful job, and I will have them back when I have any similar work. I had a wonderful experience with them. They were on time. They were here when they said they are going to be here. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very helpful in moving furniture and things we could not do ourselves. I would rate them an A overall.

THEY WERE GOOD AT THE WORK THEY DID. WE NEVER HAD TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE BECAUSE THEY HAD PEOPLE COME IN AND DO THAT FOR US. IT WAS DONE IN ONE DAY AND THEY WERE QUICK AT WHAT THEY DID.
