Don Cassel was prompt, professional, and not hard sell on putting in a new unit (although we are talking about that as upcoming solution to the overall problem). This unit is over 40 years old and Don was able to get it running again, making the tenant extremely happy while temperatures hovered around 100 degrees. The service call and repair costs were very reasonable.
