Ultimate Painting Services

Ultimate painting services was scheduled to paint our house while we were out of town for Christmas. The day before we were to leave, I e-mailed them and said we would have to change the date, there was no way we could prepare the house for them to paint. Lorena immediately called me and said they would finish moving furniture, including electronics and a big screen TV. We decided to go ahead and Lorena and Kenneth (her foreman) showed up as we were leaving the house to begin. During the trip, we contacted Lorena a few times to check on the progress, and she kept us up to date. As Christmas approached and the house was not going to be finished on time, she hired more painters to come in and get it done. When we returned, the job was completed as we had instructed them. We inspected the work and found a few spots that needed touch up, some paint on windows, and a very messy bathroom sink. Lorena stopped by to see what we thought, and we showed her our concerns. The next day, Kenneth came by and cleaned up the windows and the sink, fixed the areas that needed touch up, and also painted the wainscoting that we had decided to paint after we saw the results. Overall, we were pleased with the experience and the results. Lorena and Kenneth were professional and easy to work with. They were always quick to return calls and take care of any problems. The only downside was the evidence of a hurried job: small drips on the base trim, a few missed spots where paint did not cover completely, and the clean up that was left undone.
