He came with his son, I never received a telephone call or email or any acknowledgement that said he could or could not do the job. After he came to my home, there was no further communication on his party at all.

HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY FIRST CALL AND CAME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE WITH-IN 3 DAYS. HIS QUOTE BACK DID TAKE A COUPLE OF WEEKS BUT HIS PRICING WAS VERY GOOD. HIS WORKMANSHIP WAS TOP QUALITY WITH NO PROBLEMS OR LEAKS.

RANDY WAS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF LEADING UP TO THE DAY HE PERFORMED THE WORK. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH, BUT THE WORK WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO COME IN AND 'RE-DO' THE WORK HE PERFORMED.

MY WIFE AND I WERE PLEASED BECAUSE HE CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE NEVER LEAVES A MESS, AND HE IS NOT OUT TO PRICE GOUGE YOU. HE IS ALSO CLOSE BY US.
