Gave me a reasonable price. He worked with me on changes without asking for additional cost. I liked that he providing advice and offered suggestions so we could pick from several options that was right for us.
The work was completed on schedule even with our changes. Dan was more than willing to come back to help touch up to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Like me, he believes in developing long term business relationships.
I will not hesitate to call on him on any future projects. He is fair, reasonable, value oriented, and puts the customer needs first.
