I made a lucky choice from a local neighborhood reference list, and reached Mike Younes. He asked basic troubleshooting questions, made a guess that it sounded like the thermostat, and that he could be here in an hour. I made a quick trip out to buy a Nest thermostat. Mike arrived just after I got home, made a quick check of my system, and even though he was able to get it to come on (by setting the desired temperature down to 70), agreed the thermostat was still likely the problem. I was happy to pay him to install the Nest for me. I will call when I have future heating and AC needs, and I won't expect to get so amazingly lucky with an "I'll come now" appointment.

He was on time, very professional, gave me good price and we set up installation date. He was again on time, work was done by noon and area they worked on was neat.

Mike is a true professional in every sense of the word. Excellent work, excellent advice on how to prolong the life of my A/C unit and the price was exceedingly fair. Mike worked quickly and efficiently and replaced the blown capacitor with a quality American-made part. Will call again for any job large or small.

Mike exceeded my expectations. His work was excellent. He is professional and cared about the job and how I felt about it too.  He fixed the unit plus a few minor problems I had. I will definitely be using him again if I have another problem with my air conditioning unit. He has been in Diamond Bar for more than 10 years and I recommend him to all.

We received a bid for some A/C service from another company thru a solicitation (I normally don't bite on those things!)  But, in order to be sure, I called Mike to get a second opinion.  He more clearly explained the service needed and we had him install the new air conditioner rather than the other company, whose price was much more than Mike's.  I did not have my computer with me to check Angie's List for the other company... and after I did check, I am glad I did not use their services as they have horrible rating on Angie's List !
We have used Mike for many years and have never had one complaint about the service or amount charged.

He wasn't pushy telling me I need to replace it and all that kind of junk. He told me what the part was and that it could be replaced. He pointed out that for a whole new system I could get a more efficient one for a good price. He didn't give me a hard sale. I would recommend him and use him again.

Called Mike regarding AC not working in client's vacant house. Told Mike that hot weather made it very uncomfortable for open house, and that we needed it to be repaired prior to next weekend's open house. He responded quickly, went to the property, submitted a bid for repair. After approval by client, Mike made the repair.

MIKE DID THE WORK HIMSELF AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY NEIGHBORS. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD USED HIM, WE CHOSE HIM BECAUSE HE WAS LOCAL. HE KNEW HIS BUSINESS, HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

WE CONTACTED MIKE'S WHEN OUR FURNACE WASN'T WORKING, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND REASONABLY PRICED. NOT ONLY WAS HE VERY EFFICIENT AND OBVIOUSLY SKILLED, HE WAS HONEST IN HIS ASSESSMENT AND MADE SURE WE FULLY UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM.
