 + -1 moreMy experience was fine until I had to make a claim. We had an earthquake and my garage detached from the home during the earthquake. Then when they came out to assess the damage they said they were two seperate incidents because they were two seperate units and they wanted to charge me two $20,000 deductibles. I was not pleased to say the least and will never use them again.
Description of Work: I used to have home insurance through them.

 + -1 moreOVERALL, I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND SINCERITY MR. CORTEZ DISPLAYED. HE WAS ON TIME TO ALL OF OUR MEETINGS AND ALWAYS TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.
Description of Work: I WENT THROUGH CENTURY 21 TO LOOK FOR A HOME. THE REALTOR, HUGO CORTEZ, DID AN AMAZING JOB. HE WAS VERY INTERESTED IN THE TYPES OF HOUSES I WAS LOOKING FOR AND STUCK TO WHAT I ASKED. HE MET ME TO LOOK AT HOUSES AND TRIED TO GET THE BEST DEAL FOR MY MONEY.
