I talked with my neighbor and he said to call Budget and that he has used them for many years. It's hard being an older woman and having repairs done to my home. I called Budget and Nick was sent out to my home. He was a very nice young man, clean, neat, and professional. He had booties to cover his shoes while inside my home and I felt good about that. He went into the attic to check the problem with my coil. He ran the a/c system for a while and tested the coil with water. Nick found that the other company was wrong and the pan was not rusted-out because my pan was made of plastic and plastic does not rust. He found that the drain line was plugged and it needed cleared out only. It's so nice to find and work with an honest company. He also told me to keep up on my filter maintenance because that will help keep the drain line clear. He also recommended a second pan under the coil to help protect my ceiling from damage again.
Thank you Budget and Nick for being honest and doing the proper repair to my system and not just trying to rip people off for just being older in life.
