Tom is one of most honest repairman I have met in 40 years of owning a home. He is thorough and treats the job like it was his home. He is easy to discuss the project with and does good work at a very reasonable price. I will use him on any future work. He does what he says he will and is one of the hardest workers I have seen. He was thorough in his cleanup.

Tom arrived on time and we discussed what I needed done. He got right to work. All the projects were completed in a timely manner. His price was very reasonable. My only complaint was he did not clean up after he completed a project.

He was timely,professional completed the work quickly and well. I am so pleased with his work. And when some of the work required a flip of the switch, he didn't make me feel stupid. Not only will I hire again, I am referring him to friends & family with no worries.

Tom explained everything in detail as he did the repairs - he also did some additional added value work to ensure the repair fixes would be secure at no additional charge.

I had a problem with a leaking roof and couldn’t find anybody to repair it. I contacted HomeAdvisor and they recommended Tom. Not only that Tom repaired the roof, he patched up the cracks in our driveway, fixed a non-functioning door bell and fixed the doors so they open easily again. I would definitely recommend his services to anybody who is looking for somebody reliable at a reasonable price.

I had a lot of little things that need to be done as the result of a home inspection done during escrow. Tom spent and entire day at my house completing each task, a total of 11 items. Which included building a platform and installing sheet metal in front of my furnace, located in my attic. He then returned a few days later to complete some work that need to be done as the result of a termite inspection. He had a great attitude and kept every thing neat and clean.

Tom installed a kitchen faucet, repaired water tubing on refrigerator, repaired lawn sprinkler system and installed a inline water pressure regulator. Best handyman i ever used and number one choice on future projects.

Tom did a fantastic job installing two security screen doors, a new water heater door, a new door between the house and garage, plus he did some drywall repair and then painted a large wall in our garage. He's a great guy with an exceptional work ethic. He was always accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond in his efforts to please us. We would use him again in a heartbeat!

I hired this handyman based on the reviews. It may be that Tom was having a not so good day. However, we now have to hire another contractor to correct all the problems. The drywall was not installed correct, the door frame and floor boards are not flush ( small gaps). I was very dissatisfied. For some reason, he felt the work was satisfactory and requested the balance due on the work.
