We decided to move to the Coachella Valley and purchase a retirement home, Our budget was limited. They directed us to a great loan officer and we were able to purchase a great home. They were great about scheduling so that we could look at as many houses as possible at a time as we had to drive a couple of hours to reach the area.
After we put a bid on a house that we wanted and the bid was accepted, the escrow took an unusually long time to close. They followed up and found that there was an undisclosed tax lien involved. They pushed the seller to clear up the lien and we were able to close on the property. They are a couple of great professionals and we highly recommend them.

"[removed member names] were really a great couple to work with, especially since the home they selected presented us with several title issues. We had to deal directly with attorneys and the IRS to remove a tax lien before this sale could close.
