We use them to do all our maintenance work. They have done several things for us. They did an add-on to our house. They are in the process of doing roof repair at our rental property and painting. They also do housecleaning. They are the best house cleaners I have had. They do what they say they are going to do. They show up when they say they are going to show up. Generally, they get it done when they say they are going to get it done unless something odd comes along. Their estimates are always completely accurate and there are no surprises. The staff is very personable, and I like them. They also do the landscaping and yard cleanup. They do some general plumbing and some light electrical work. They know what their limits are, what they can do and can’t do. They only agree to do something that they know they can do. They do some general repairs. They do hauling. We had some damage at our rental property and they are doing the roof repair. They are always the first that I try for any kind of work. The last time we used them was for the room addition and we spent $7000 for everything, which included materials and labor. We would continue to use them in the future.
