JOSE IS THE BEST HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER THE PUMP WENT OUT, DUG IT ALL UP JUST TO HAVE A LOOK TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, HE SPENT A GOOD 2 HRS DIGGING IN THE HEAT. EXPLAINED AND SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM (OLD WIRING SHORTED OUT THE PUMP) WAS OUT THE NEXT DAY TO REPLACE THE PUMP AND WIRING. LEFT HE AREA LOOKING LIKE NOTHING HAD BEEN DISTURBED. THE POOL SERVICE IS GREAT VERY RELIABLE.
