IT WAS ROCKY AT FIRST, BUT ONCE I REALIZED THAT THEY WERE RIGHT ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG, THEY DID EVERYTHING NEEDED TO REPAIR MY UNIT AT A VERY FAIR PRICE FOR PARTS AND LABOR. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND I WOULD USE AGIAN IF NEEDED AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
