 + 0 moreCalled the first time, no answer. Left a message, no call back. Second try was again a few days later, this time someone answered. Had a conversation regarding the job. Spent about 30 minutes to prepare and email a very specific RFP. After two (more) weeks went by with (still) nothing, called back for a 3rd time, no answer. About ten minutes later, called a 4th time and had the same conversation as if we were starting all over again from scratch, even though we had to direct him to the email he told us to send it to. Seemed like he hadn't opened his email in weeks. Can't comment on pricing or work quality because we got tired of having to try so hard to award a rather large fencing job.
