Our washing machine (which is on the second floor of our house) overflowed, leaving a huge mess in its wake. Mr. Serda installed a drain in the floor which runs to the outside wall. He also installed a rubber liner to prevent the water from damaging walls in the future. He also oversaw the re-installing of tile work and sealing for the floor. The job was done very well, and we have had no further problems.

He was honest in telling me that he did not have the exact parts for my old fixtures, but I purchased them and he was able to install them. He did a wonderful job and I would use him again.
