They gave us an appraisal and we were without air and had been for 3 days. After deciding to replace rather than repair the condenser unit on air conditioner they came out and changed it while I was at work and said I could go down the next day after work and give them my credit card so they could bill me. All work was completed quickly and we had air conditioning that was working before I got home from work that afternoon of the following day. I called them and they asked me how it was working and didn't really seem overly concerned about payment at that time. They mostly wanted to know if I was happy with their work and I told them I was very happy with it.
