+ -1 moreI can not believe how much she did for us, going way beyond what we could have hoped for from a realtor. She was always thinking of things we could do to get our house sold faster and it worked! Besides her professionalism, she is very calming and confident which really made me feel at ease.
Description of Work: I was buying a home on contingency of the sale of my current home. In this market, that is very difficult. Wendy listed the home I was in, re-landscaped my front yard on her own and made it look beautiful and updated. She found a new home for me and negotiated the contingencies and soon sold the other house for the amount we were asking.
