After I fired him by letter and left a message to confirm, he wants me to pay him for work he says he did. I told him that he owes me over $1500.00 for work I've paid him for and he never completed. He has taken my mail out of mail box and moved my patio furniture around in the middle of the night. He has called me at 4:30 in the morning. I called the police and they warned him to stop callling me. He turned me into a collection agency for unpaid bills and said he was going to put a mechanics lein on my house. He has also sent me pictures of himself in a Goofey suit and a message that said "You have been served Hank the Shank process server." He basically been totally harrassing me.
