Wes was recommended to us by our solar provider and we simply could not have been happier with the quality of service we received. The demo was done in a day and our new roof was installed over the next few days, as Wes and his team worked with our solar installers to make sure everything was perfect. The level of professionalism was simply outstanding - the amount of debris from such a job is incredible, but Wes picked up every single scrap of roofing material from every surface and planter! The most important thing: after work was completed, a couple of issues came up. Normally, after an invoice is paid in full, you can expect a provider to drag his heels if you need something fixed... NOT with Santa Fe Contracting. They took care of everything and made certain we were fully satisfied. For me, that is the ultimate test of customer-centered work ethics. Summary: excellent service, quality materials, attention to detail, competitive pricing, concern for customer's satisfaction, clear explanation of process and cost options. This was a GREAT experience and I cannot recommend Santa Fe Contracting more highly.
