I DON'T HAVE PERFECT PITCH BUT I BELIEVE HE DOES A GOOD JOB OF TUNING THE PIANO. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. FOR THE MOST RECENT TUNING, HE EVEN CALLED TO TELL ME HE WAS ON THE WAY WHEN HE WAS ONLY 5 MIN LATE. HE WILL CALL YOU TO REMIND YOU WHEN IT IS TIME TO TUNE THE PIANO. HE IS A VERY NICE GUY. I THINK HE IS A LITTLE PRICEY BY MY MIDWEST STANDARDS - I'M STILL GETTING USED TO HIGHER COSTS IN CALIFORNIA. BUT I DEFINITELY WILL KEEP HAVING HIM TUNE MY PIANO.

ROB IS UNFAILINGLY KIND AND POLITE. HE'S THE ONE THAT CALLS ME TO REMIND ME IT'S BEEN SIX MONTHS SINCE THE LAST TUNING. HE GAVE US ADVICE WHEN THE KIDS OUTGREW OUR OLD PIANO AND IT WAS TIME TO STEP UP TO A NEWER, BETTER MODEL. A GREAT GUY, AND A VERY COMPETENT ONE.

MR. FARBER RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY, AND HANDLED ALL SUBSEQUENT ASPECTS OF THE SERVICE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. HE SEEMS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIM COME AGAIN FOR FUTURE TUNING AND OTHER WORK. THE SERVICE IS PRICEY, BUT SO IS EVERYTHING ELSE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

HE DID A GREAT JOB IN FIXING THE ACTION ON SOME OF THE KEYS AND TUNING THE PIANO. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND DOES A GREAT JOB. =OUR 22 YEAR OLD PIANO SOUNDS AND PLAYS WONDERFUL.
