We did finance for three different properties, the two rentals and our home. We got good deals and interests. I felt good about each transaction. I thought he was very component and very professional. He came to house for signing and stuff so I didn't have to go out. I liked that he worked with my financial planner. I have given them condition to speak freely to each other and they were talking through to figure out what was best for me and the situation. He actually finances us several years back and then again now.

He is our property manager for two of our houses. One was my parents that I inherited and the other was our previous dwelling which we rented out now. He makes sure that the place has tenants all the time. He will take care of any repairs. If there is any complaints from the tenants about anything he takes care of it and makes sure everything gets fixed. There is no one better than him and I can tell you there may be someone equally good but no one better. We've been with him for years now may be eight to ten years and we have never had a month without a tenant. When a tenant leaves he takes care. He does all the background checking. He has a nice sense of humor so he spends time and talks to you. He is very balanced person as far as balancing the needs of the tenants to my needs. He will check both sides and taking into account which I appreciate.
