 + -1 moreShowed up late, and spent less than a minute looking at the issue (only 1 of 6 lights are working), and already had a $400 minimum labor charge to diagnose. Said that it could be more: 1-20 hrs of work. The 400 is to determine what is wrong. We were expecting at least a pre-diagnostic before committing to the work (offered by them), which could have been a very small issue or a big one. Hard to tell without at least testing something.
