EXPRESS FUNDING MORTGAGE

Brad Shoemaker of Express Mortgage found us a loan that offered a rate that was 1/2% lower than our current rate, with no costs at all. The lender paid us "points" that covered all associated costs plus most of our homeowners' insurance costs for a year. We have used Express Funding for loans 4 or 5 times over the last several years and have found their rates to be better than bank rates at any given time. Brad has always been readily available by phone, e-mail or in-person and has been well-informed about the current market and trends. He has coordinated the application process, communicating with appraiser, lender and escrow officers to keep the process going smoothly. When documents are ready to sign, he has a notary come to our house at a convenient time. Paperwork goes smoothly and quickly. Brad is personable and very professional, and we appreciate being able to contact him with questions about the mortgage market.
