Joe was a great guy to work with in every way. He was punctual, courteous and was very reasonably priced. He also recommended another company that could fix the second toilet for us.

Second time we had Joe to our home. Returned our call in a timely manner to make the appointment and he was on time as scheduled. Very thorough in diagnosing problem and, as before, determined work we anticipated was not necessary. He could have installed the new disposal he had purchased for us and we wouldn't have known the difference. We appreciate his pride in his work and trust him to tell us what is (or is not) needed. He is personable and a delight to work with.

This guy is great. He is prompt, courteous, fairly priced and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed the problem and also was very thorough in checking for any other issues or problems, due to poor workmanship in the past. Never charges for things that can be avoided or fixed more cheaply, which was not my experience with Roto Rooter. Highly recommended!

Joe returned our call promptly and arrived in the stated time-frame (within 3 hours of my call). While professional and focused, he was easy to talk to and to work with. He went above and beyond when he continued to search the garage for the cause of the odor. He wiped up the spilled malathion he found but wasn't certain that was the odor and he continued to search. He finally decided it might be the spray of a skunk or a dead skunk in our heating system. Thankfully, he called us a short time later to say his rags caused his truck to smell like our garage so he was certain the source of the odor was the malathion. This one call saved us time and money as we then thoroughly cleaned the spill and aired out the garage (according to Joe's suggestion), rather than spending money to have our vents searched. Problem solved! We will definitely call Joe for any future plumbing problems.

Joe did a great job and was professional. He has 27 years of experience and moves quick. It was $95 but that is what real professionals cost. Worth the money! Joe is coming back to help me put in an outdoor shower.
