Chaun was very detail-oriented from the beginning. His first visit he listened to what I was looking for, giving his professional advice as needed, as well as bringing samples. His second visit he did a thorough measurement of my bedroom and then finally he began the installation. These bookshelves, which are highly customized with 13" square modules, look great. The finish is really nice and he really takes the time to work on the pieces. He also purchased for? me and installed a new wall heater element, and rewired the electrical plugs so they were incorporated into the shelving unit.?The project was delayed? a couple of times,? but with the quality work he and his staff do,?the end result was worth it.?
