I trust Karan and his team to do the right thing. They provide a free loaner which makes everything simpler. They are good about offering alternatives to spending money and stand behind their work, fixing it without charge the second time if the first try doesn't go right (and with older cars, that's understandable). My one comment is that they are most responsive by email where the replies are often quick, but usually terse. As long as you're OK with that, I highly recommend them.

They have been very competent and honest. They seemed to deal with the trouble shoots and issues that I had with my car. I am pretty comfortable that they would address the problem. I think it is some fault which he would address it at no charge. He strikes me as a straight up honest kind. My neighbor had recommended him. I think they are in the realm of being reasonably priced. It was a kind of a unique situation and they had the car for quite a while and I did not think it was outrageous.

I was very impressed with the company's focus on doing what was needed, and not on doing everything possible. In my case, my transmission was not behaving normally, and while they could have replaced the dirty sensor completely, they opted to clean it and see if that would be sufficient (so far it has). When they changed the timing belt, they said the other belts seemed fine so did not change them. In an industry that has a reputation of befuddling people with technospeak and charging for questionable services, UIAuto stands out as an honest gem.

They're very honest and have reasonable prices and they did a really great job.

They took care of my electrical when it blew out as well. They specialize in German imports. They are very fair, good, and have reasonable prices.

Excellent work as usual. We've been using Karan for 6-7 years. He is honest, skillful, knowledgeable, never recommends unnecessary work. This is the best auto repair shop we've ever used. He will even send someone to drive you home and pick you up after the work is done!

They provide outstanding work. The work is completed on time and they are experts on old VW buses. They are both professional and courteous.
