We do all types of residential work,large and small projects,typically based on plans from architects or designers. Not all jobs require plans though. The use of subcontractors depends on the size of the job and the timelines involved. We have the ability inhouse to do foundations,framing,plumbing,electrical,sidings,trim,doors,windows,etc. Insulation,drywall,tile,flooring,stucco,roofing trades are usually subcontracted to reliable contractors we have used for years. We provide a fixed price bid upfront so that you can budget accordingly. Estimates are usually provided free of charge. We are unique because the company boss usually is on the jobsite working to give you a top quality project.
