Description of Work: My internet stopped working on my computers (was recongnizing network, but not actually connecting). He diagnosed that problem and fixed it, then he cleaned up my computer and it is running so much faster now. He also transferred some files from a PC to a Mac for me and it worked beautifully!!!! I was so excited with all the work he did and such a resonable price. I will definitely use him again and again and again. I plan to purchase another computer in the near future and his service is a $50 fee and he goes WITH you to pick it out, then sets it all up for you (transfers files, printers, etc)!! Sooooo awesome!

 + -1 moreIt went well. I have an older computer and my hope was to "resuscitate" it to last a couple of more years. I also wanted to stop the BSOD errors. Rich accomplished both of these tasks and then some. He came the next day after I called him, was responsive and professional. I have some computer knowledge and he immediately gauged my level of understanding and explained everything to me so that it made sense, and so that I could do some of the work myself in the future. He spent a good 3 hrs at my home. He also offers a service wherein he will physically go with you to buy a computer and help you set it up, which I plan to take advantage of in the future.
Description of Work: Rich performed a PC tuneup including registry scan, basic system tests, banwith/speed test, detection of conflicting programs, detection of a virus not caught by my current antivirus program, assisting with finding out why I was repeatedly getting the "blue screen of death", reducing the overall number of processes occurring on the computer simultaneously, updated the video driver, reduced the boot start time, and made recommendations for a different antivirus program.
