It went well. I have an older computer and my hope was to "resuscitate" it to last a couple of more years. I also wanted to stop the BSOD errors. Rich accomplished both of these tasks and then some.
He came the next day after I called him, was responsive and professional. I have some computer knowledge and he immediately gauged my level of understanding and explained everything to me so that it made sense, and so that I could do some of the work myself in the future.
He spent a good 3 hrs at my home.
He also offers a service wherein he will physically go with you to buy a computer and help you set it up, which I plan to take advantage of in the future.
