 + -1 moreWhen I made initial contact John seemed nice. He asked me to email my address and he would call me that evening to set up an appointment to look at the work. I had to call him back the next day. We set up a time to meet and because I was working out-of-town at the time arranged for him yo meet with my father. He didn't show up at the appointed time. When my dad called him he said he was held up but would be there. after an hour my dad called him back and got his voice mail. He told John he had to go but to call him when he was coming by and he would come back to meet him. John never called or came by. That was 2 weeks ago with no call to me or my father. I just called him back and his excuse was that he was too busy to call. He didn't need my business. He seems like a nice guy and if you have a big job you may get his attention but if it is a small job consider my experience.
Description of Work: I needed a deck and planter demolished and removed.

LIGHTNING DEMOLITION & HAULING offers the following services: I specialize in taking things away that people don't want anymore. This includes houses, garages, concrete driveways and foundation mobile homes, swimming pool demolition, abandoned vehicles and scrap metal, and lot clearing. I have a landoll trailer which is the perfect equipment to remove non running heavy equipment. I transport good equipment long distances within the state of California.
I take stuff apart, dont ask me to fix it. I remove concrete but dont replace it. I haul scrap to recycle but dont get it running. I scrap or transport mobile home but don't set them up. You get the picture.
