I was trying to change out a wall outlet, and ran into wires I didn't understand. I accidentally created an open circuit, so a couple of
rooms did not have power. He fixed the open circuit, and patiently explained what I had done wrong, so I would do it right the next time. He also warned against plugging laptop computers into wall outlets without using surge protectors.

This was the only electrician that even replied and was able to do the work in a timely manner. The fixed worked and the price was reasonable.

Solved all the problems we had. They were able to come out last minute even though their day was already booked. Very quick, professional, friendly. Would use them again and recommend to a friend!

He showed up one half hour early and said he only had five minutes to review the property. He said he could not finish the bid and said he would get back to me later but I never heard from him again. It was a really bad experience and I will not use him again in the future.
