Lawn Irrigation
I had two separate jobs done by this company. Both were replacements of
existing sprinkler valves and the associated manifolds. Each job was
between 500 and 600 dollars. The work was done in a reasonable manner
and I do not have any major complaints about the work. The primary
person associated with this company is "Sam" and the problem occurred
when one of the new sprinkler valves started to malfunction, about a
month after installation. There was almost no pressure in the circuit.
I called and left a message on a Wednesday morning. No response so I
called Thursday morning and spoke with Sam, he said he would be there
that afternoon or the next morning. He never called, never showed up.
I called late Friday and he guaranteed me he would be there Saturday
morning, he never showed and never called. I ended up having another
landscape guy come out and he messed around with the valve and it did
work better. However a week or two later the valve again went out and I
called Sam again, on a Saturday morning. I got his machine and left a
message. I never heard from him. I believe the best measure of the
integrity of a company is how the people respond when there is a
problem. In this case Sam was happy to come out when he was going to
make money, but he completely blew me off when there was a problem. IMO
this is a company to avoid at all costs.
