6/12/12 over the phone Taylor Pope told me the cost would be $350 with a truck for the first 3 hours and would be $100 per hour after that.  The next morning he called to confirm and asked what he quoted me. I told him $350. He said that it would be $400 the first three hours and $100 each hour after. They arrived 15 minutes late. They backed the truck into the garage roof breaking a tile. They did not let me know it happened I felt the house move and checked. The banged walls, scratched furniture, did not secure drawers and shelves,  know a quart of paint off the counter spilling paint on the floor, broke a bookcase and put a hole in the door at my new place. The two men moving chatted a lot, took their time and was very disorganized. When we arrived Taylor Pope told me it would be another 4 hours and to get $900 cash from my bank. When I returned I let them know it would only be 7 hours total.  They finally worked a normal pace at unloading but dumped things everywhere smashing some boxes.  I gave Taylor Pope $700 and he told me it was $900 which included a tip, an extra $100 because it was 15 minutes into the next hour and refused to be accountable for the broke tile. He told me in would follow me to the bank.  I finally gave him another $100 to get them out of my house.  He refused to give me a receipt.
