We engaged Karen to be our agent for a purchase of a condo based on her reviews. We had never done that before and it was a risk for such a major transaction...but the positive reviews about her turned out to be true. We were very, very pleased with Karen's services. She's a consummate professional. Rarely do things go smoothly. With Karen's guidance they not only went smoothly, they went perfectly! One of the reasons for such a perfect experience was Karen's availability and use of technology. All of our communications were very timely because we did almost all of them via email, text, and an e-docs sit. Not only was Karen great, she has a strong network! She worked very well with the seller's agent and Karen's recommendations for financing resulted in us not only getting the best real estate agent we've ever had, we got the best financing person and company (Cara Mengali from Guild Mortgage) that we've ever had. I can't say enough good things about Karen. She is now OUR real estate agent. :-) We highly, highly recommend her.
