Billing for landscape plans is in three payments: a deposit at time of contract signing, a second payment at completion of preliminary plans and final payment upon completion of plans. Payment for consultations is at time of service.

Services we offer
Sustainable landscape design and consultation for residential properties. Services range from full design to consultations for do-it-yourself projects. A full design can include: hardscape, and maintenance plans. Consultations can review existing designs for sustainability, lighting and rainwater harvesting, or create organic maintenance plans for existing gardens. Emphasis is on local materials, planting and irrigation plans, water wise plants and habitat creation.

All of the ideas Bernadette suggested we incorporated or will be incorporated into the final project. Her ideas also gave me a basis for negotiating with the contractor on specific points of the design. Bernadette also gave us a referral to a qualified contractor when it became clear that the project was beyond what we could do on our own.
I hope I will have the opportunity to use her services again in the future, and for something that is more remunerative for her!
