Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain
Brooks painting was great from beginning to end. I had the exterior of my house painted a new color. Ryan and Taylor were great in setting everything thing up with the estimate, colorist coming out, paperwork down to the final payment. Laura made sure that I had that right color that I wanted. She actually found the perfect colors for me. Thomas and Kate were the best I cannot thank them enough, they did such a fantastic job. They were so professional, great customer service, no problems or issues everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

We wish we could rate Brooks Painting over 5 stars. The adjectives that can be used for Mark and his crew are: prompt, punctual, friendly, professional, hardworking, innovative, and skilled. The experience of having our two-story house and carport was professional, thorough, well-organized by team leader, Mark, and crew. From the first appointment for color choices with Cory, a walkabout with Mark to clarify our specific needs, pressure washing, painting and cleanup, all aspects of the job were meticulous and well-done. The crew, sometimes from one to seven workers, worked together proficiently and with respect for one another. Many times the crew went above and beyond in completing the job with skill and fresh ideas. It actually was a fun experience and the completed job is beyond our expectations.

Brooks Painting did a great job for us. The crew was very professional, led by Flint and the rest of the team. They accommodated our needs and worked around our work environment very efficiently and without any interruptions. I liked their attention to detail and knowledge of the work they were doing. The work was done in a timely manner and any touch-up work that was needed was addressed immediately in the final inspection. Pleasure to work with. From beginning to end it was one of the easiest contracted jobs I've had done. The office was easy to deal with and very responsive. The hardest part was choosing the colors...and that came out perfect. The crew showed up on time every day, made sure I was happy, and was well organized and efficient. Thank you for the great job that was done by Brooks Painting at my wife and my house. We couldn’t be happier with the product of a total exterior painting. The entire experience was outstanding. • Jeremy helped with color recommendations – and came up with a great color for the base as well as for the trim, eaves, doors etc. • Kristen always kept us informed on scheduling and what to anticipate. • The crew, headed up by Eric with Mike, and Zach did a great job preparing the site and applying the paint. They were at my house promptly for 5 days. Once day to pressure wash and readying the site for application of paint and then Monday through Thursday they did an outstanding job. Great finish and clean-up and you even left me extras if I ever need touch up. As you know I live adjacent to the greenbelt in north Davis, and I have had friends, neighbors and strangers stop by and tell me; “what an improvement” and “nice new colors” as well as “it looks great!” We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and with the finished product. Jeremy Brooks, Kristen Baker are wonderful to work with to establish our paint estimate and scheduling. Application experts Steven and Arian provided exceptional workmanship, exterior materials repair technique and change advisories. We think our home looks fantastic, is sealed and waterproofed with confidence and in less time than expected. We would also like to acknowledge Justin Schimberg for a caring character that we found a delight to work with setting up our final work order (has since moved on). Brooks Painting painted a lot of the interior of our new house and we couldn't be happier with the job. They did were willing to schedule us fairly quickly (a few weeks out) so that they could get the painting done before we started moving in. They were responsive and the quality of their work was fantastic - no paint on the carpets and floors, and everything was very neat. I would highly recommend them and we plan to hire them again for exterior painting in a few months.

The experience was excellent! The communication was thorough. I had a consultation with Corey, who helped me select the right color paint and the right hardware. I had a walk-through with Alfredo, who made sure everything was clear. At the end of each day, he let me know the exact plan for the next day. The crew that came to paint was punctual, friendly, professional, hard-working, and they left the space really clean every day! I’m thrilled with the end result. The cabinets look amazing. I feel like I have a new kirchen!

Remodeling an older home is never easy but Brooks made the painting portion a wonderful experience! From the beginning the office staff were patient and understanding with delays and schedule changes as well as adding changes to the scope of work. Jeremy was kind enough to come out to the house and meet with me on two separate occasions to make sure no details had been missed! Brooks even handled the subcontracting of a carpenter for some finish work. Midway through the job we had a terrible storm and lost power for a few days, Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure accommodations were made so the job could be completed within the original schedule. Field manager Shawn stopped by throughout the job to ensure everything was running smoothly. The crew were friendly and professional at all times. Brooks made the process completely stress free and enjoyable!

The owner came out to do the initial review and provided the quote. They did a great job, It took one man about three days to complete. At the time that this was done, my husband worked nights. The painter was conscientious of this and my husband was able to sleep through the process. There are no points of overspray; no rocks or plants got painted. My neighbors are still complimenting me on it and asking who did it. I gave a B on the price because it appears to be a perfectly average price for this type of work. I was impressed that they had they ability to accept credit card payments.
