She is pretty efficient and responsive. She is easy to work with. She takes care of the problems fairly quickly. She has a lot of information, so I didn’t feel like left in the dark. We paid around $35,000 to her and that is about 5.5% of the value of the house. She is pretty well organized. She works with her husband and he takes care of the web-related communication. We sold our old house and got the new house pretty quickly. She responds to everything whatever we ask. If you send an e-mail asking any question, she will respond you within few hours. If you needed to meet her, she will schedule the appointment right away, so you can go and talk to her face-to-face. If needed, I would use her again in the future too.
