Real Estate Service
As first time but highly informed and involved buyers, we had high expectations and standards - all of which Tom met. He helped us search for a house for approximately 9 months before we found one that fit our specific profile and was priced reasonably. Some issues arose at the end of the transaction and he was very responsive in trying to get these problems rectified. If only we could say the same for the selling agent... this contrast in professionalism only further highlighted to us the importance of going with someone who is not only as experienced as Tom but highly ethical and responsive as well.
