 + -1 moreOur website kept going down and it was causing major disruption in services. Third Wave stabilized the environment and created a number of processes and IT infrastructure to bring our company up to the next level of service. We still use their 24/7 Help Desk and the monitoring service.
Description of Work: Third Wave came into my company and supported our IT team working together to stabilize the e-commerce website and provide ongoing IT help when out internal people were not prepared. The 24/7 Help desk and the monitoring was a huge relief to a company that had been trying to hold it together with a limited skill set and not much staffing.

 + -1 moreummm, i think i just did in the previous paragraph. It went great - all computers are running smoothly now - and we have a great contact with a local company in the event we need anything else.
Description of Work: We have three computers here at home and then my husband has 3 computers at his office. We contacted Third Wave - because we heard about them through other people in our area that have used them. First thing is that they speak clearly and did not get "techy" on us. We had several issues with our computers - u name it - we had it: virus, slowness, couldnt connect to internet. They came and fixed our home PC's as well as the ones at my husbands office.
