The Maids of Danville

The house cleaning went well. The Maids did a thorough job. The Maids arrived within the time window that had been previously established

Rushed, left before the appointed amount of time.  When I returned home I found the stove top still greasy, the master bathroom shower still dirty looking as though it had never been cleaned, lot's of soap scum that hadn't been rinsed and one of the toilets not cleaned carefully enough.  Chairs and things not put back where they belonged.
I emailed the management with my complaints, they asked what they could do to make me happy. I said that I felt a partial refund was due me since I had to clean the things that were not cleaned properly.  The management declined my request for a partial refund.
I will NOT use them again.

They were good. They were a team that went here to clean the house and not just one person.

They were very professional and thorough. They did exactly what we asked of them. Overall they were very nice ladies. We have referred them to family and friends.

It went well .........the crew completed the work in a little over 2 hours.

They did a good job. I pointed out what I wanted done and they focused on that. They even had some additional time for other things so it was really service above and beyond what we had hoped for. I would rate them overall a B.

Initial cleaning pricing was VERY expensive with subsequent cleanings at a lower, although not inexpensive, rate.  First crew, after initial cleaning, neglected areas I believed to be covered in the agreement.  New crew was sent for second regular cleaning.  They did a better job, but I felt that, for the price they were charging, should have been better.  i.e.: regular furniture vacuuming, more thorough bathroom & kitchen cleaning.

I responded to their online satisfaction survey after each service & relayed my grievances.  Each time the service improved.  By the third regular cleaning, I am COMPLETELY satisfied by the services performed by the Maids & recommend them. 

tid I called the Danville office, described my home and discussed initial rates, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.  The office manager was pleasant, courteous and helpful.  We arranged a date for service, the cleaning crew phoned approximately an hour before their arrival, then quickly and quietly went to work on my house.  Afterwards, I was thrilled with how great it looked, wrote them a check, and scheduled another cleaning.

They arrived reasonably on time (8:35 am instead of 8:30--small point), 4 ladies, all very pleasant, did an excellent job. House seemed so clean afterward, it was almost creepy! I thought the service was worth the price, as it took 3 hrs 10 minutes with 4 people working. Next time (next week) is estimated to take 1 hr 15 minutes and should be $125 with discount.
