I went to him twice and back away because of the budget. But, in reflection, I've met other people who have used him and he is incredible. The building inspectors in Danville have said nothing but great things about him. He has won all these awards and stuff and is like the best. He gets an A for his promptness, his professionalism, his price, you get what you pay for. In reflection to how our job turned out, he was worth every penny and his contract is unbelievable, it is at least a ten page contract, but that protects you and him. Looking at what we ended up with versus that, I keep kicking myself for not choosing him to do the work.
