Stacey was late for every appointment; in the worst case she was 2 1/2 hrs late and never called. As it turned out in that instance she chose to meet with another customer who requested time with her on the same date, but she never coordinated with us to change the time or our scheduled meeting. Initially, Stacey would take up to a week to return phone calls then improved on her reply time after I chastised her. On the day her crew was scheduled to do the roto-tilling of our front yard, they arrived 1 1/2 hrs after the scheduled time (9:00 am), then rushed through the job to leave by 3:30 pm, spending a total of 5 hours on site including lunch. Stacey then charged us for 20 hrs of labor when in fact only 12 hrs were actually spent doing work on site by her and her crew. When I challenged her on that she reduced it to 17.5 hrs, but still charged us 5 1/2 hrs at $38/hr for driving to/from our house and to pick up the roto-tiller and drop it off, which was not in her estimate.
Description of Work: Stacey created a landscape plan for our front yard, then as the first phase of implementing that plan she and her crew roto-tilled the front yard and removed the grass.
