The team at Eagle Shield was fantastic. Garrett was spectacular to work with. He is highly knowledgeable in the science and products of insulation and thoroughly educated me so that I could make an informed decision. I did and decided Eagle Shield made the best product to meet my home’s needs. Garrett’s team was courteous and efficient. They were able to complete the insulation upgrade in just a day. Top notch has company and top notch service. I have already recommended them to one friend, and heartily recommend them to anyone.

I contacted HomeAdvisors to get a company to replace the roll-in insulation and tiles in my mobile home patio ceiling. Several companies called but didn't do roll-in insulation replacement for patios. Eagle Shield company called and said they didn't do patios but Mr. Garrett said he would come and look over the project. Once he looked it over, he said he could do this job. My patio is 20' by 8'. We then sat down and went over things needed to be done. We asked him to replace the old roll-in insulation, ceiling tiles and also put molding on the back door. He also added he would clean and purify the air ducts. The cost of this $3,653 and he stated this was a discount. We also asked if we had to move any items from the patio. He said no the men would cover all items an nothing would have to be moved and they would clean up all mess. The clean up wasn't a good job and I had to move things and vacuum. The two men also put molding or weather stripping on the patio door. After two days, the stripping fell down inside my door. I called Mr. Garrett and told him what happened and he stated someone would come and look it over. Two days passed and no one came so I called again and he promised to have someone come out. It's been a week and no one came and he hadn't called back. I then sent an email to HomeAdvisor but got no answer there either. I then tried again on 6-26-18. This job was done on May 17, 2018. On 7-11-18, Mr. Garrett sent Miss Cindy Born to fix the patio door. She came at 9:55 a.m. and left at 12:47 pm. The door looked bad and was too thick so I was unable to close and lock the door. She was part of Mr. Fix It sent by Mr. Garrett. Weather stripping started falling off the next day and when ever we attempted to open the door. I called the company and the owner came out, pulled the thick black stripping off and left. To this day I haven't heard or seen any of these people. If more info is needed, I have pictures. The contract was never signed by Mr. Garrett.

Arrived on time, work done in one day, The ducts were not cleaned in my house, the guy said the angle was too severe so he couldn’t get into the lines so he really did nothing, would not have them clean ducts again, Probably should not have paid for that, for that reason I gave them 4 stars. I had a couple issues, they came back and made corrections the next day. but overall happy with them.

We went with Eagle Shield Technologies because of their reflective insulation and it has proved to be a great investment. We have seen lowered temps in the house and less AC running time. The work was done when scheduled and everything was very professional.

I'm waiting to see how well the radiant barrier works before adding more stars. Great sales rep (Kim), the work crew was on time and efficient, very professional install (Rich and crew). Very responsive to my many questions. They both knew the product well. This existing insulation in my attic was pressed down a bit more than I was led to believe. That's my only slight negative. However, this was the only company out of 4 that didnt roll in the extra charge to blow back in more at the end, so that seems like a reasonable trade-off. Stay tuned for the update after some more summer heat.

So far the furnace has run quit a bit less than before. Everyone on who worked of the project was informative, customer service oriented and professional. I would recommend Eagle Shield to anyone!

Finished the work in a short time.

We had a dramatic reduction in the use of our AC the next day, especially during 100 degree temperatures.

Did a great job. Radiant barrier made on immediate did fence in the comfort level of the house and garage.

They are not finished yet with our project.

Experienced and didn't leave until the job was complete and I already can tell a difference in the volume of noise between floors.

Eagle Shield is a Home Run Hit. Although the the weather has been mild the home feels balanced. Up stairs is cooler and the brown stares area is not as cool. I will give an up date once the heat kicks in but for now it feels like there is a warm comfortable quilt wrapped around the home. Thanks Eagle Shield.
