After paying $90 for a dozen roses, received 11 and after 5pm the florist offered to send three additional roses the NEXT day. After some debate, the florist agreed to a full refund and picked up the flowers within 30 MINUTES. A mistake of missing one flower is understandable. But, the late delivery (after 5pm) when the order was placed 9am the previous day, plus the dozen less one was too much. Poor service and poor handling of a customer complaint.
Description of Work: I placed an order for one dozen red roses.
